Ireland’s biggest food service and hospitality event, CATEX, opened its doors from the 26th – 28th of February in the RDS Simmonscourt. Over its three-day run, the exhibition attracted more than 12,000 visitors from the food service, hospitality and catering sectors. A biennial event, Catex was the perfect opportunity for visitors to meet with over 200 suppliers and manufacturers, watch hundreds of chefs, baristas and drink specialists compete, and network with thousands of industry colleagues.
We had a busy few months in the run up to CATEX, working on over 20 client builds including Calor, Avonmore, BWG, Hugh Jordan, Elevaon, Keeling, Marco, Italicatessan, Gas Networks, Trinity Purchasing and Bell Lane along with the Chef’s Network Masterclass area, Chef’s Competition Area and Chef Network Lounge – all of which played host to a number of events over the course of the show.
