EXHIBITION & EVENT MANAGEMENT

At W Display, we offer our clients a fully comprehensive Exhibition & Event Management service from beginning to end. Each event is an opportunity to get your message to the masses and through world-class design, build and management we ensure you don’t miss out.

Our packages are geared towards creating cost effective solutions and outstanding exhibits that speak to your target audience and engage them. We are here to make every event worth your time and energy. Our services include:

Exhibition / Event design and construction
Liaise with show organisers and order all services required
Submit stand plans, risk assessments, method statements and health and safety statements
Deliver any product to your Exhibition / Event
Project management from start to finish
Dismantle after the event, and return to storage if required

EXHIBITION STANDS & FEATURE AREAS

Not only do we build Exhibition Stands both here in Ireland and abroad but we also work closely with Exhibition Contractors to build entire shows and events.

Our highly experienced craftspeople are on hand to travel with your business to ensure your brand or business message is communicated to the highest level of quality and expertise. Our aim is to complete every element of a project, from start to finish, with efficiency and finesse resulting in the least possible hassle for our customers.

EVENT PLANNING & LOGISTICS

At W Display our aim is to deal with every aspect of your exhibition stand project through one single contact to greatly reduce any potential for error or stress. With this in mind from concept to completion we will carry out the following;

Organise initial meeting to assess what you are trying to achieve within your permitted budget and guide you with ideas to suit your product or service
Submit initial design for approval and amend if necessary
On awarding of the contract a member of our team will contact show organisers, submit design plans for approval, compose risk assessment, health & safety statement and method statements
Liaise with you regarding graphical output and design
Organise logistics to ensure all elements arrive at venue on time including product if necessary
Order all services required, i.e. electrical supply, plumbing, audio visual & equipment hire
Dismantle and transport exhibit to our workshop for storage
