EVENT PLANNING & LOGISTICS

At W Display our aim is to deal with every aspect of your exhibition stand project through one single contact to greatly reduce any potential for error or stress. With this in mind from concept to completion we will carry out the following;

• Organise initial meeting to assess what you are trying to achieve within your permitted budget and guide you with ideas to suit your product or service

• Submit initial design for approval and amend if necessary

• On awarding of the contract a member of our team will contact show organisers, submit design plans for approval, compose risk assessment, health & safety statement and method statements

• Liaise with you regarding graphical output and design

• Organise logistics to ensure all elements arrive at venue on time including product if necessary

• Order all services required, i.e. electrical supply, plumbing, audio visual & equipment hire

• Dismantle and transport exhibit to our workshop for storage
