The National Ploughing Championships showcasing Irish food, farming and culture ploughed into Ballintrane, Fenagh in County Carlow from 15th - 17th September. It is Europe’s largest outdoor event, welcoming almost 300,000 people over the three-day period - making it the most successful to date.
We collaborated with some of Ireland’s biggest companies this year including Bord Bia, RTÉ, AIB, Permanent TSB, Calor, Roadstone, Tegral, Toyota, Irish Independent and Eircode. Showcasing the best of rural Ireland, the National Ploughing Championships has become a highlight in the calendar of many Irish people and businesses; big and small.
Over 1700 exhibitors took part and in the bright sunshine, it was one of our most enjoyable yet.
