We kicked off an exciting 2017 with the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition in the RDS Dublin. Although originally a student competition, the event now has four Exhibition Halls filled with Science and Technology based Exhibits. For the Show, we constructed a custom-built RTÉ Exhibition Stand on display to over 50,000 visitors throughout the course of the event. This year, the RTÉ team partnered with Samsung giving attendees a chance to go behind-the-scenes during a number of broadcasts including the RTÉ News and RTÉ 2fm’s Tracey Clifford Show. To make all of this possible, our team fulfilled a brief including the creation of a fully functional TV area, weather studio, radio studio, selfie zone and digital zone.
